Course Prerequisites

Candidates attending the M50048 Microsoft training course should have at least two years working with SharePoint Products and Technologies in either a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role. Candidates are also expected to have: at least two years practical experience as a lead developer (or provided architectural guidance to lead developers) in development projects for SharePoint Products and Technologies, technical expertise in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and at least six months combined experience as a technical and solution architect for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 projects. In addition, candidates should have led consulting engagements that are focused on the search technologies of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and experience gathering and analysing customer experience. Finally, candidates are expected to have previously attended and completed courses M5060: Implementing Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and M5061: Implementing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
