Course Prerequisites

Candidates attending the M6236 Microsoft training course should have prior knowledge of creating reports in Microsoft Access or other third-party reporting products, such as Crystal Reports and a conceptual understanding of the push and pull distribution/subscription paradigm.
Candidates are also required to have experience with: navigating the Microsoft Windows Server environment, Windows services (starting and stopping), creating service accounts and permissions, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Agent , SQL Server query language (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, and DELETE), SQL Server System tables and SQL Server accounts (users and permissions).
