Course Prerequisites
Candidates attending the M5061 Microsoft training course should have experience implementing, managing and supporting a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 environment as well as a basic knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 interoperability. Candidates are required to have at least two years of experience implementing, managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and at least two years of experience implementing, managing and supporting Internet Information Services (IIS).Candidates should also have a working knowledge of networking such as TCP/IP and Domain Name System (DNS). In addition, candidates are recommended to have previously attended and completed courses: 5060 - Implementing Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, 3370 - First Look: Getting Started with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server2007 and 2553 - Administering Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
