Cisco Training Courses
Achieving a Cisco Certification is widely respected within the IT industry and valued by not only network professionals but also by managers and the organizations that employ them.
Cisco offers five levels of IT Certification: Entry, Associate, Professional, Expert and Architect. General Certification begins with achieving Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) as an interim step to achieving an Associate level of certification. The Associate level provides the foundation for achieving a networking certification which is followed by the advanced Professional level of certification before proceeding onto Expert level. CCIE and CCDE certifications are the highest level of achievements for network or design professionals, certifying the individual as an expert.
Cisco also offers seven different career paths that allow you to match your certification to your job role or industry. These include: Routing and Switching for professionals who install and support Cisco technology-based networks, Design for professionals who design Cisco technology-based networks, Network Security for network professionals who implement and design Cisco Secure networks, Service Provider for professionals who work with infrastructure or access solutions in a Cisco end-to-end environment, Storage Networking for professionals who implement storage solutions over extended network infrastructure, Voice for network professionals who maintain and install Voice solutions over IP networks and Wireless for network professionals who configure, implement and support wireless networks.
